Control of 1/4 hour maximum

Regulator RMR006 is intended to monitoring and control electrical energy consumption . It is connected to impulses electric supply meter . Regulation of power consumption is optimised through regulation curves and defined regulation maximum . Reference system including remote broadcasting outputs is installed in Zoo garden Liberec city.

Regulation limits - energy output

Regulator has 6 relay outputs . In programming mode is possible to set power maximum per hour , this value is periodically compared to consumption per quater of hour . In the case of quick qrow of energy output switch off subsequently one of controlled circuits , in relation to defined priority . All properties of control can be set by PC program , which is connected through RS485 serial bus , PC can be placed over then 500 m from regulator,for instance in power supply director office . All meassured values are archived in regulator for 40 days , when PC program is connected , values are stored in PC and in very transparent form shown in tables and graphs . Customer can analyse in details all aspects of consumption and determine optimum consumers behaviour .


Function

Actual consumption monitoring


Regulator reads impulses from transmiter output of power meter , on the basis of converter constant [Wh/impulse] , meassure power in real time and compare it to regulation curve including hysteresis . In result is decision , which of outputs have to be switch off and on the contrary , which one have to turn on . The decision is in relation to defined properties of outputs , priority , delay time before turn-off , delay time before turn-on , frequency switching , minimal time to be on , maximal time to be off etc. When quater of hour is ending , all outputs are turn-on and meassuring goes on from beginning . Regulator has one input intended to synchonization to global time , that's why the regulator inner timr is certainly real.
